You do have the bits. You simply flip the hinge pin braces over. Gives 4 options:

Front hole up Rear hole down = 2°
Front hole Down rear hole Up = -1° (Pro-Squat)
Front hole Up rear hole Up = 0°
Front hole down rear hole down = 1°

I did draw the hinge pin braces with a number of notches on them to reduce the confusion a bit, but somewhere along the way over to Fibre-lyte, they got lost
