Pearl V1 VS Pearl V2

I have just recieved my nosram pearl and looks lush, but for some reason im getting the jitters over the V2 already.....

nosram ticks all the nessesary boxes for me all but one.....its 2nd hand

ive bought a new durango which has been build, a new x12 motor, new saddle lipos, awaiting a dx3s system, going to order a custom shell, the only thing is the nosram isnt new, Im already browsing the websites at the V2 and considering it

so ignore the above whats the improvements in the V2 and is it worth it over the V1.
