Tyres and shock oil

Just trying to stock up on a few things guys, can anyone advise what tyres and shock oil weight works best at Seaham? Just want to try and keep us both on the track as much as possible.

Don't think we will have anytime between Xmas and our first meeting to do much stripping down and rebuilding so will probably run as we are to begin with, just trying to slowly build up things we will need.
