1/8th NITRO TRUGGY CLUTCH SETUP HELP!

Helloo...

i want to know what weight clutch shoes (light or heavy) are best for a basher...

i am using hpi's hotbodies lightning stadium 2 pro cb fibre kit... (AN UPGRADED HPI TROPHY TRUGGY)

and stiff springs or not?

please reply asap
