How to connect lipo to esc! Help

dumb question but im new to this so better to ask

i have a bionic hardcase lipo with 2 small holes in for what look like banana plugs and an esc with red and black wires that lead into what i think is a male tamiya type connector. what leads do i need to connect the two and where can i get them?

im thinking there must be a lead that has a female tamiya type connector on one end and then two individual banana style plugs to go direct to battery?
