What charger to get?

I have one of the very first orion vantage chargers at the mo and had it for quiet a few years so i was thinking of maybe updating, After something that balances aswell as i have a separate charger for that at the mo . what does every one use ? not really got a buget was looking at the Lrp pulsar touch seems to have everything i would want, anybody got one ? what can you recomend?
