what motor advice?!

I have a xp sc450-bl esc with a 3300kv reedy motor (the standard b4.1 system) and i want to upgrade the motor with the same esc,

Im not sure what the esc is limited to??? I believe they do a pack with 6100kv motor so guessing this is the limit?

Secondly what motor should i get? Esc is sensorless but hear you can use sensored motors! Looking for max 7t and minimum of 9.5t to make it a worthy upgrade.

Just dont want to melt the esc and want a quicker motor!
