Hi!
I've recently assembled an AE SC10 factory team truck and took it on an indoor carpet track today. I soon noticed that I could barely steer. Before you start shooting questions, yes, I read about the fragility of the servo saver tightening, etc. and I did it quite carefully. I tightened the bold enough to have the spring compressed the most, but without hurting the plastics. The issue is that even like that, the servo saver was too loose. I could barely do tight turns because the wheels would not turn enough. The solution I found was to glue the servo saver. There were 3 other people at the track who had the same problem. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I glued it as a temporary solution, as I'm affraid that sooner or later, the servo will be destroyed. Thanks Carlos |
