Two questions for the painting gods.....

I have just picked up an old Tamiya Blackfoot for my daughter, Shes only 15 months but I'm going to spray up a shelfer for her so it can sit in her room (Next to her Tamiya mini!) until the day she wants to play with it, Then we'll put a battered shell on......

My questions are
1, If I use faskolor paints on the ABS type bodies are there any problems or drawbacks, Such as flatting down reacting with laquers or just lack of shine.

2, Can i use the lexan chromes, such as the RCS chrome to re-paint the brightwork, and again any issues with laquers

I want to use waterbased paints on this thats why I'm asking. any help or pointers would be welcomed.
