Default Diff screw coming loose by itself.

I have a weird problem with the madrat diff and I can't seem to figure it out. I just installed a team Orion BL motor. The car ran fine for about 3/4 minutes and then it started make a high whining noise and no more power. I looked and the slipper was full on rotating and the wheels didn't turn anymore.

I inspect it and the diff screw had gotten super loose. I tighten it, the car runs fine for about ten seconds and the diff screw was super loose again.. I have no idea what causes this, or how this is even possible frankly... How the hell does a diff screw unscrew itself???

The worst thing is that I am in a cast from breaking my arm, so working on this car takes me 5 times as long as usual. Taking the diff apart will probably take hours..

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I read online that one guy tightened the diff screw with red threadlock and it helped. I tried some superglue but to no avail.
