Club champs 28/29 Aug,,,touring car regs

I am looking for some more info as to the two touring car classes that are being run for the club champs on 28/29 Aug.

The two TC classes are :
On-Road Stock Touring
On-Road Open Touring

Questions are:
# what is the brushless motor limits for each class?
# are control tyres required?
