Default Cat SX Diff problems

Hi All

I've recently fitted a Speed Passion V3.0 Comp 4.5T to my Cat SX. I'm running it with a SP GT 2.0 and Trakpower 30/35C LiPo's.

It goes really well and I'm very happy with the performance.

Only problem is I keep having issues with my rear diff. I had a 10.5T in there before and I never got this problem. So when I rev high on the throttle after around 15-20mins of running the diff starts slipping so there is no longer any transfer of power to the wheels, the diff is just spinning internally.

If I take it out and tighten it up then alls well again for a bit, but then it slips again after around 15 mins.

I bought a brand new fully assembled pro-spec diff incase it was me having put it together badly, or it was knackered. Unfortunately the same problem started happening immediately. I tightened this one up and then it ran for around 20mins again before the same problem occurred again

Any ideas what I can do to prevent this happening?

Is the one way diff worth a go? what conditions is that normally used in?

Thanks
