couger sv setup

just a couple of quick questions about the couger, basically i will be getting setup for racing at oswestry (again) after a couple of failed attempts due to work etc, hopefully this time i will be able to do it.
anyways will be running a speed passion gt 2.0 lpf esc and a v3 7.5turn motor with lrp 30c lipos and was wondering what gearing to use.
any help would be great.
