What does that screw do then??

Ok, repost as I now realise I've f**led my idle setting

What's the risk from setting this wrong, started too lean, think but not 100% sure I'm too rich now!?? How do I set it, can anyone at NNRC tomorrow help??

As long as it still runs now (which it does) have I at least avoided proper breaking it??
