we had the same problem when we ran the b4 ,the slipper kept backing it's self of, it turned out to be the slipper nut,the plastic had lost its bite, we just replaced the nut and shazam it was good again
Fair do's, that wasn't my case last year as I tried new nuts and even two nuts tightened against each other.
