Default how to modify the wheels

Ok guys i may be the only one who is having problems with the real wheels coming loose after each round. I raced at the weekend at southport outdoors ans after every round the rear wheels had become loose and caused the roll pins to shred the inner wheels centres.

So today i have been looking for a solution.
1. problem 1 the roll pins are way to short 7.5mm
2. the wheels are too deep in the centre hole
3. The wheel spacer are too shallow

solutions
1. I used cat sx roll pins they are 11.5mm long the same length as the the slots in the wheel.
2. If you look at the depth of the holes in the rear wheels you will see they dont leave much thread for the wheel nuts to fasten too. this in tern does not allow the nylon on the wheel nuts to grab the thread. so i used "rev-lite" schumacher wheels.

3. the rear wheel spacers incorporate a small thin crunch spacer in my opinion it would be a good idea to make this a deeper spacer so as to take up the space on the rear axle.

I also couldn't work out why they decided to use hex fittings on the front. ?

so the next mod is to use the front wheels spacers and roll pins from the cat sx this allows you to run cat wheels all round happy days no more gluing your own wheels.

if you dont want to use the original wheels just use the roll pins and buy some
shallow nylock wheels nuts.

any questions please ask i can send pics if it makes more sense.

p.s this is not a moan about the car i think its amazing great car to drive.
