Good Balance Chargers?

Ok im just curious but I do need to think about getting a new one soon. What is there out that charges to 10A or above, can operate off 12V or mains without the use of a bulky power supply and all for £150 or lower?( ruling out the Muchmore Legend Cell master, must be made of gold )
