LRP SXX TC timing on motor

Ive just installed my new LRP SXX TC.
From what I understand, this speedo varies the timing relative to the speed of the motor.
As the speedo is doing this, does this mean I should run the motor with zero manual timing?
I am running a Tekin Redline with 12 degrees of manual timing as set at the factory.
