Default Please help noob with tc3 shocks

Hi Iv recently bought some new shocks for tc3 but am having problems setting droop Im assuming when the car is on a flat surface if you have set droop then the screws should be touching the chassis but after I couple up the shocks they no longer touch, have I set the shock shafts to short or am I totally missing somthing, does anyone have an idea what length the shocks should be front and rear on these cars because I think the rear should be longer then the front. in the manual it just says to screw the eyelet on the bottom of the shaft but then it says be sure to mark which ones are the front and which are rear. by the way I am running the rear tower on the front if this makes any difference. any help would be hugely appreciated.
