Buggy set up characteristics

This may seem like a 'newbie' kind of question,but how does camber,castor,toe,spring coil strength and so on effect a 1/10th electric buggies performance on an off road track exactly?Im looking to learn as much as possible from anyone who can lend me there point of view.Thankyou-Jason
