Default Novak GTB sintered rotor

Well brushless is completely new to me but after having been away from racing for a while it seems to make sense to go with brushless. There is less maintainance required and less equipment required, motor prices are similar so no advantage on that score to either and I don't need to go out and buy a lathe, bonus

To fit the sintered rotor in the novak motor do you need the kit with a new endbell, or just a rotor?

Is it correct that the sintered rotor runs a lot cooler?

I've heard reports that the Novak fan on the GTB is poor and it's worth fitting a replacement, anybody know the details of the improved fan? Where can I get one?

Finally is it worth running a fan directed at the motor in a 4wd buggy? That is if there is room to fit one in

Thanks
