Free B44 / DEX10

After boring the mrs about wanting a 4wd buggy in the new year and going on about been able to get more run time & practise with entering 2 class's she asked how much!!! i said roughly £200, (B44) but i'd like a DEX10 £400 but will have to get a lot more experience and results to justify it she said if i finish off the downstairs of our house and fit a new bathroom then she'll buy me either
Will the DEX10 still be current in 2015?
