This is my last post in this thread but if any of you can make it to one of the mid south chilterns regionals this year i will happpily let you look at my own cars as i don't seem to have these problems.

Well glad your ZX5 is working for you, to each his own i guess.. i was looking at my ZXS and a mate's ZX5...great difference in quality. Well when kyosho was disigning the ZX5 buggy, they went with belt design only to switch to shaft drive at the last minute, i guess they were just trying to follow the shaft drive trend at that time. Guess they figured that ultmately the saddle pack design is still the best after looking at buggies from Yokomo, Tamiya, TTech, JConcepts...hmmm wonder why Adachi has been driving a belt drive 4wd Kyosho buggy recently...
