can you attach balance leads to lipos supplied without them?

I have a couple of LRP 2200mah RX lipos that come supplied without balance leads. I relise that it isnt essential to balance small capacity lipos but was hoping to anyway. Is it possible to attach balance leads to lipos which come supplied without them? how would they attach?
