Wonky Yoke!

Anyone suffer from this problem?

My Yoke is leaning over quite noticeably to the motor side when it is just sitting there doing nothing.

Do I need to concern myself with this? Is there something I can do to counteract it other than just winding down the shock collars on the one side?

The shocks are currently adjusted equally both sides.
