which car is best out of these 2 cars d4 or b44

hi can anybody tell me which car is best out of these 2 cars. for outdoor racing . as i will be doing alot of racing next year as much as possible . and can you get spare parts without order them and waiting for the to come into stock ? if anybody know which car would be best for me to buy ? thanks be nice on you comment plz
