Printing Decals On Inkjet Printer

Just wondering whether anybody out there had worked out how to do white decals on clear vinyl, using an inkjet printer at home? Or do I have to take the file to a professional printer?

Any advice would be welcome, I am trying to get King Cab decals printed before 22nd November, so I need to get moving on this one!!
