Ok bit of a weird one here, I could do with some advice.

I live in a pub, and there is a carpark outside. The pub is opposite the Co-op, which also has its own car park. Problem is, the Co-op car park requires some actual turning, and then turning around to get in and back out of. Whereas ours is like a giant layby, allowing easy pulling in/out. Now here's the problem. I wake up at 7.30am, and the Co-op opens at 7am. People keep parking directly beneath my bloody bedroom window, leaving their incredibly load diesel running whilst they nip in the co-op. This might sound a bit pathetic to moan about but its sooooooooooo annoying. As soon as one goes, another pulls in. There are signs all over the car park saying its for pub patrons only but no ones cares.

My first level of defence was to park my works van across the entrance of the car park. This has a mild level of success, drastically reducing the number of cars that park under my window. Unfortunately people decided they would rather shoehorn their cars past the van than park in the Co-op car park. Grrrrrrrrr

Next up I am going to try coning off the car park, although I doubt this will have much effect, cones being more moveable than my work van. The third option is to go outside on car park duty. I would do this whilst wearing my girlfriends pink dressing gown, and just point unimpressed at the cars as they pull in. I am hoping they will be so peturbed by my appearence that they will leave.

If neither of these work Im going on ebay for claymore mines.

Anyone else got any good ideas?
