Evening all,

As many of you know we have been looking at repairing the leaking roof on Race Control for a while now and at last nights AGM we set a date to give it a good sorting!!

We are looking for as many volunteers as possible to join us on Saturday 21st November and Sunday 22nd November from 10:30am both days.

The plan is to remove the roof on the Saturday and assess what the next steps are. There have already been a few ideas that were talked about at the AGM and there is a strong possibility we are looking at felting the roof during the weekend.

If the weather is looking extremely bad as we approach the weekend then we will look at moving the Weekend Work Party to the 5th and 6th of December.

I will send a reminder out in a couple of weeks but if you able to give some time (however short) then we will appreciate it greatly

If you have any questions please feel free to give a shout although technical talk on the roof replacement is not my specialist subject
