Advice on tyre inserts

Been wanting to have a go at buggy racing for a long time (always done TC)
Never run a buggy before so a bit green

. I have a Schumacher cat SX, running Novak GTB Speedo for now, just got a 13.5 BL Ballistic Novak and Schumacher full spike soft tyres so I can run at your club, but what inserts would you run in them ?
