What wait is 500CST Shock oil?????

Hi people

Am looking at the Much More Shock oil in 500CST as a team driver recommend them, What WT is 500CST????

Why do they rate some shock Oil in CST and others like Losi in WT?

Even better has anyoune got a Chart converting them from Cst to WT?
