Need help with brushless setup in xxxcr

Just gone from brushed set up 19t double 3800 nicads to a ezrun 9t with ezrun esc as well.
Am only on my 4th meeting and my driving was getting better and better well now i've followed the brushless route GOD my driving and the car are all over the place!!!!
I borrowed a lipo and the car was just flipping over so backed the slipper off and it chilled the punch a little just need help on better set up like....i run at bury outdoor track....
What best pinion/spur
Going to get x6wing do they fit???
And looking at weigh as well just need to calm the car door so i can better my driving not crashing..help needed mark
