Anywhere that enables you to change the track layout. Grass / Astro doesn't make much difference in terms of local advantage if you can change layouts (for example, you can change Southport's layout loads, spot on)
If you can't change the layout much, it takes the piss in terms of local boys dicking you
So, i'd go for Osfest, Southport, RHR and Talywain, and i'd like to see Coventry/Silverstone (going by the pictures)/Kiddy get a shout, possibly even Bury Metro again (although i'm not sure if that's possible)
Not EPR though
ps - i'd also put a track without a concrete section above a track with one, cos it shags tyres. Nothing is gained from concrete sections at all, other than wrecking tyres
