Default Trakpower V-Balancer - losing connection to LIPO.

So, me and a few racing buddies who all have V-Balancers have begun to notice some strange behaviour.

Sometimes the slightest vibration or movement causes the balancer to lose connection to the LIPO, so it goes off, and the charger cuts out.

This is really annoying if you happen to be away for 5 minutes and then come back to find its gone off!

I can't find the problem. Nothing seems lose, no wires are obviously damaged, you can wiggle anything you want to try and recreate the problem, and generally it won't happen (although sometimes a good shake does make it happen), but then a gentle knock on the side of the table when, say, putting your car down on it, will make it lose connection???

Anyone else had this issue or know what is wrong and how to fix it.

It must be like 2 years old now, but has never been abused in any way other than normal usage.

Thanks.
