redirect.ocx

when i hit a key on the keyboard i get "redirect.ocx" which opens yahoo mail, i always happened after first boot up since i had the pc but now its happening nearly all the time

any ideas how to disable or get rid of this ? this is what i have found about it http://www.processlibrary.com/direct...direct/436894/
