SMALL CIRCUIT DIMENSIONS

Hy everyone,

I picked a small piece of land for building a house...and obviously want to put an small circuit on it (as far from my wife as I can, of course).

I've looking for indoor circuits images, as they're smaller usually. But the smaller I see is about 30x100 feet. And that is too much for me.

Anyone knows the minimal dimensions to build a good circuit or could give me any idea about? Photographs would be apreciated.
