Shimming the Gears at the Kyosho ZX5 FS

Hello, i have Problems with the Main Drive. Me rear Plastik Pinions do not hold long. Which Shimming do you use! The orginal ,oder do you shimm nearer??

I hate this Plastik Parts! :-(
