I am new and wonder if thundertiger ZT2 is a good starter???

Hi, I am new to the R/C Car stuff and am wondering if the ThunderTiger ZT2 (electric 1/18) is a good starter car ???? I quite like the specs and the looks of it

It has been recomended to me by reliable sources
