Help with some BMax part numbers

I messed up a triple jump and sent my Bmax into a spectacular crash.
Dented the alloy shock body, stripped the lower shock seal and bent the ti plated shock shaft from the Champions pack

Can anyone help me with part numbers so that I can order replacements?
