Unfortunately they still use a Tamiya connector on the ESC, Tamiya supply a Deans to Tamiya adaptor

Tamiya have been selling Li-Fe batteries since January with a 2200mah pack
http://www.tamiya.com/english/produc...tery/index.htm and they work out around £50-60 for the battery pack. Considering Tamiyas main market (bashers, kids) I can see why they avoided LiPo and went for LiFe instead.
