Pc World
Has anyone else had any bad experiences with pc world
 My dad went in after 4 weeks and they basically said it lost in the store they had my laptop for 5 weeks and 6 days which was annoying because the next day they had to give a new one so i got a call typically the day before saying the laptop was ready then i got it home and it was covered in scratches and they even gave me a lower reselution graphics card nice one what shall i do
