novak gt7 help.
hi all.
my dad has recently got a novak gt7 speed controller, and has taken off the chip / board, thinking that it wasnt needed, i too thought the same, its not in the instructions as far as we are aware.... is it neccisary to have on or is it just like having a power cap on it ? he has a power cap fitted on the speed controller as normal.
