Hinge Pin Diameters

As title suggest really, i am trying to find out the diameter of the B4 rear hinge pins and i dont have a vernier and so i am struggling to get an accurate measurement

. i have seen on a website that they are 3mm but i am machining some braces and so need to make sure this is an accurate measurement.

any help would be appreciated
