B44 wheel nuts

It's probably been asked a few times before but how do i stop the wheel nuts on a B44 coming undone during the race, obviously i need to change them for new ones regularly but i put a brand new nut on the front at EPR on sunday and even though i checked them before each race they still came undone! The car sadly handles poo with 3 wheels!
