Is this right?
I have ordered a part from a model shop that they said was out of stock, I said ok, I will wait for it to come back into stock, and gave them my details including bank card etc... they have ordered the item, but I obviously haven't recieved it yet, the money has left my account though...? Are they alllowed to take the money yet?
