Ball Bearings for Diff

Hi

I managed to open my diff and loose some of the tiny ball bearings (Thrust bearings i think they are called) and am now a couple down. Will need to order some, but I have read lots of threads about the Kyosho diff balls being a bit soft, are the smaller kyosho Thrust bearings ok?
