Ben Racing

Can anyone help me?
I ordered some parts from Ben Racing on the 4th December last year and have been chasing them up ever since. Initially I received a response saying that they were trying to order the parts and finally on the 20th Feb that I was going to get a full refund as they couldn't order the parts anywhere.
I'm still waiting on that and I'm now getting no reponses to emails or telephone messages (always goes to answerphone)
Does anyone know how I can get in touch with them?

In the meantime I guess this can act as a warning that Ben Racing list items on their site without holding stock and is happy to charge you without ever delivering the goods
