Default Xcelorin S Calibration Issue - Help needed before calling support

Hi

Have an issue with an existing working Xcleroin S system on a 6.5T motor.

Bought the unit for bashing, been great so far.

Took it over to the in laws house as they have some great road out front and the car would not move.

Took out the ESC and motor, put it onto the bench and tried to recalibrate.

LED's flash like they should during the process. Switch off immediately afterwards, as per the manual, turn it back on and nothing.

On full throttle the Green LED lights show, full reverse shows the Red LED. Looks like the programming has taken but the motor is not running.

Reversed CH2 for the throttle and recalibrated, still nothing.

Reflashed with 01.01.28N (note the new firmware filename due to the reversing issues) recalibrated, still no movement.

Ran the motor on another sensorless ESC and the motor runs, only thing left is to change the sensor cable before I ring up Horizon.

Was wondering if anyone else has seen this type of issue at all.

Radio is a very basic 40Mhz AM Acoms. Trim was not changed at all during calibration or when testing the run.
