The Bury Metro winter series goes from strength to strengh as more and more 10th off road drivers make it to this great indoor venue in the North West of England.
With 15 heats, the latest round held on the 15th February 2009 was the best attended yet - with 2WD and 4WD buggies taking up 14 heats, with an additional heat comprising 1/8th brushless, Traxxas Slash and other larger vehicles.

The series stands out from others not only with the quality of the track layouts and high traction surface, but also the great prizes on offer. We spoke to one new racer who's son had won a Yokomo BMax at the previous round and was racing it for the first time here. The guys once again gave away a couple of kits courtest of CML Distribution and Bury Metro Club.
