BK2 Upgrades ?

I've got a nice tidy BK2 and fancy upgrading it to CR spec (I think that's right !), has anyone done this and is it easy ?

Hopefully some decent soul who's sorted this one out before could point me in the direction of where to get the bits (ideally cheaply). I'm not bothered about changing the gearbox if it's a big job, more steering and hubs etc. Any advice / part numbers / suppliers etc greatly appreciated.
